  • Your calendar is full of back-to-back meetings

  • Your to-do list is a mile long

  • You spend your time on tasks that drain your energy

  • You’re on the verge of burnout

  • You don’t have the mindshare to think strategically

  • Your physical and mental health is taking a toll

  • You’re becoming a decision bottleneck

  • You’re not having fun on the job anymore

For each of the statements above, count up how many are true. Take a look at the key below.

1-2 flags = Amber zone
3-4 flags = Red zone
5-8 flags = Danger zone!
