How strong is your Office of the CEO?
Last week, I wrote about how to assess the maturity of your Office of the CEO.
But many newsletter audience members have approached me and asked for an even more rigorous methodology to look at the current state of their executive office. So I decided to add evaluative statements for each variable that we believe drives the performance of a world-class Office of the CEO.
I’m pleased to report that my 60-factor Cedar Office of the CEO Maturity Model v2.0 is ready for your review.
Introducing the Office of the CEO Maturity Model Evaluative Statements
Whether you are a CEO, Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, you can use the newly added evaluative statements to better assess your executive office. You can take the assessment with your Office of the CEO colleagues and start the conversation on bright spots and polish opportunities for your executive office.
